Service Description
This welcoming and slow-paced yoga class is designed to link movement with breath in a way that is suitable for anyone. This class has got it all, curated to leave you feeling balanced and grounded. You'll be guided through dynamic movement to warm up the body, find balance between strength and ease, then slow down with restorative postures and meditation. Throughout the class, you will explore playful balancing poses to help build stability, focus, and confidence. Modifications will always be provided to ensure that each posture is accessible and safe, no matter your experience or ability level. Expect to leave feeling grounded, focused, and holding deeper awareness of the body, breathe, and mind.

Cancellation Policy
If you can't make it, please respectful of instructors and fellow students by rescheduling or cancelling as soon as possible. There is a 2 hour window before class starts to make any changes so there is time to make adjustments. We have a firm no show policy. We ask that everyone be respectful to others, which includes showing up for appointments. If there are extenuating circumstances resulting in a no show, please email us with-in 48 hours. You may be able to reschedule, but no refunds will be given for missed appointments. Please see our terms and conditions for more details on these policies.
